At this one-of-a-kind imagination retreat, you’ll enjoy just the right combination of activity, personal exploration, pampering, and beach time – all in an idyllic, naturally gorgeous oceanside setting.
Take a deep dive into your own creativity and imagination, and learn how to live your fullest potential.
We’ll use the power of brain science to help you unearth your primal drive – tapping into your imagination and personal creativity, and practicing tried and true mindfulness techniques. This powerful approach will help launch you into your optimal self.
During the retreat, you will:
Discover fresh perspectives on both personal and professional issues
Learn new ways to get unblocked, and get moving in the right direction
Engage all your senses to fully relax and rejuvenate your spirit
Learn techniques to unleash your creative genius
At the end of the weekend, you’ll feel restored and enlivened, with tools and takeaways that will continue to serve you long after you’ve returned to your hectic schedule. And we’ll help you develop a personal action plan to show the boss how well your time was spent.
Above all, you’ll learn how to thrive and begin living out your legacy NOW.
“I love the idea of stepping off my high-speed train of a life for a few days – not only to RELAX, but to access my heart’s desires, which have been buried for too long beneath all the responsibilities of my life and career.”
The retreat begins on Thursday afternoon, where you’ll engage all of your senses. We’ll start with a ceremony, during which you’ll set your intentions for the weekend. Then treat your ears, heart and body to free-flowing movement and live music led by the talented Jessica Needham and soulful musician, Christie Lenée.
For dinner you’ll enjoy a nutritious and delicious meal prepared by our own personal gourmet chef, Frank Jordan. All your meals over the course of the weekend will be healthy and freshly prepared with organic, locally sourced ingredients and a healthy dose of passion!
On Friday or Saturday, let all your tension and stress melt away with a relaxing bodywork treatment from gifted massage therapist Erin Gray.
On Friday morning and evening, Dayna Wood will help you unleash your creativity and spark new meaning and adventure in your life with fun and experiential exercises. Saturday, Jennifer Carey will teach you mindfulness practices and guide you in meditations that will bring clarity, profound insights, and a sense of peace. That evening, release what no longer serves you in our closing Full Moon Releasing ceremony.
On Sunday, you’ll leave the retreat feeling restored, rejuvenated, and reconnected to your source. You will take an action plan with you, along with a piece of sacred jewelry created just for you. This jewel will act as a talisman to help you stay connected to the energy of the retreat, and remind you of all you’ve accomplished so far – and all that’s yet to come.
You’ll also have plenty of downtime to enjoy all Anna Maria Island has to offer. Read by the pool, nap, or relax on one of the top-rated beaches (Bean Point Beach, Bradenton Beach, Coquina Beach and Manatee Beach are all amazing options). Take a nature walk at Coquina Baywalk, or rent a bike or kayak. You can also take the charming, free trolley into town and explore fine local art galleries, or indulge in a facial or pedicure at the Body and Sol Spa.
