Are you a clinician who feels stifled by the "urgency" of agency work but doesn’t want the lonely stress of solo private practice?
Integrative Counsel is looking for a dedicated clinician to join our hybrid team in St. Pete. We aren't looking for someone to "fill a spot". We are looking for a colleague who wants to grow into a full-time caseload (24+ clients/week) and contribute to a culture built on creativity, scientific rigor, and mindful communication.
It’s the best of both worlds.
- Creative freedom. We integrate the mind, body, and transpersonal, combining outside-the-box thinking with evidence-based research.
- No business stress for you. We handle the "tedious and expensive" stuff—billing, marketing, and admin—so you can focus on your art: healing.
- Real connection. You’ll be at our beautiful downtown St. Pete office about 75% of the time. We’ve found that in-person starts build the best rapport and keeps your caseload full and healthy.
What’s in it for you?
- Introductory Rate: $55 per clinical session hour.
- Paid Admin Time: 4 hours of administrative time per month at $19/hr.
- W2 Benefits: Includes Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Full-Time Bonus: Earn a bonus every pay period by maintaining 48+ clinical sessions per two-week period.
- Support & Growth. Steady referrals, a designated admin team, and monthly clinical peer supervision with seasoned experts.
- Unique opportunities. Help create workshops, psychoeducation, and groups while refining your "clinical brand" with our marketing director.
Who You Are
- Licensed. You are an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT with a current Florida license. (I’m sorry, we are not hiring pre-licensed professionals at this time.)
- Detail-Oriented. You follow systems and processes because you know they provide the foundation for great care.
- Collaborative. You believe in "assuming good intent" and practicing direct, kind, and solution-focused communication.
To prove you are detail-oriented and "our type of peep," please send your resume and an optional 1-minute video. Important: The subject line of your email must be: "I have found my type of peeps".
