Integrative Counsel is looking for a dedicated clinician to join our hybrid team in St. Pete. We aren't looking for someone to "fill a spot". We are looking for a colleague who wants to grow into a full-time caseload (24+ clients/week) and contribute to a culture built on creativity, scientific rigor, and mindful communication.

What’s in it for you?

• Introductory Rate: $55 per clinical session hour.
• Paid Admin Time: 4 hours of administrative time per month at $19/hr.

• Full-Time Bonus: Earn a bonus every pay period by maintaining 48+ clinical sessions per two-week period.
