We are seeking an experienced, licensed Florida therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our hybrid team in St. Petersburg, Florida. We aren't looking for someone to "fill a spot". We are looking for a colleague who wants to grow into a full-time caseload (24+ clients/week). Specifically, our ideal new colleague is:
An EMDR Practitioner: Deeply comfortable guiding female trauma survivors through deep healing and symptom reduction.
Couples Competent: Trained and passionate about working with relationships and couples using evidence-based frameworks.
Curious About KAP: Intrigued by the future of mental health and eager to learn Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with our medical provider.
Affirming & Skilled: Deeply rooted in LGBTQ+ friendly, culturally competent, and identity-affirming clinical care.
Collaborative. You believe in "assuming good intent" and practicing direct, kind, and solution-focused communication.
Detail-Oriented. You follow systems and processes because you know they provide the foundation for great care.
What’s in it for you?
- Clinical Rate: $55 –$62 per billable clinical hour (depending on experience and advanced certifications).
- Paid Admin Time: 4 hours of administrative time per month at $19/hr.

- Advanced Specialized Training: Fully supported pathway to learn Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with Journey Clinical.
- Built-in Support: Steady client referrals, total billing and admin support, electronic health records, and monthly clinical supervision.
