Retreat Details
The retreat begins on Thursday afternoon, where you’ll engage all of your senses. We’ll start with a ceremony, during which you’ll set your intentions for the weekend. Then treat your ears, heart and body to free-flowing movement and live music led by the talented Jessica Needham and soulful musician, Christie Lenée.
For dinner you’ll enjoy a nutritious and delicious meal prepared by our own personal gourmet chef, Frank Jordan. All your meals over the course of the weekend will be healthy and freshly prepared with organic, locally sourced ingredients and a healthy dose of passion!
On Friday or Saturday, let all your tension and stress melt away with a relaxing bodywork treatment from gifted massage therapist Erin Gray.
On Friday morning and evening, Dayna Wood will help you unleash your creativity and spark new meaning and adventure in your life with fun and experiential exercises. Saturday, Jennifer Carey will teach you mindfulness practices and guide you in meditations that will bring clarity, profound insights, and a sense of peace. That evening, release what no longer serves you in our closing Full Moon Releasing ceremony.
On Sunday, you’ll leave the retreat feeling restored, rejuvenated, and reconnected to your source. You will take an action plan with you, along with a piece of sacred jewelry created just for you. This jewel will act as a talisman to help you stay connected to the energy of the retreat, and remind you of all you’ve accomplished so far – and all that’s yet to come.
You’ll also have plenty of downtime to enjoy all Anna Maria Island has to offer. Read by the pool, nap, or relax on one of the top-rated beaches (Bean Point Beach, Bradenton Beach, Coquina Beach and Manatee Beach are all amazing options). Take a nature walk at Coquina Baywalk, or rent a bike or kayak. You can also take the charming, free trolley into town and explore fine local art galleries, or indulge in a facial or pedicure at the Body and Sol Spa.
