Do you feel like everyone else received a handbook to life you never received? Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or just tired of trying so hard? Do you feel alone in a room full of people? Are you grieving the loss of an important person, relationship, career, or hobby? If so, I am here to lend a helping hand in your healing journey so your true authentic self can shine through. With over 5 years experience working with complex traumas, substance use disorders, unresolved grief, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar I/II, personality disorders, and a number of other concerns- I can collaboratively walk you through your healing process.

My unique style combines a blend of Complex Trauma treatment, Complex Grief Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Existential, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, and Family Systems theories with Eastern philosophies and Spirituality. I specialize in integrating Yoga informed, Somatic, and Mindfulness practices with traditional counseling theories.

Good therapy rests in the intersection between science and art. The “science” is evidence based approaches and art is who we are as therapists. I am a Florida native who grew up in Pinellas county. I spent over 14 years in hospitality as a waitress and bartender, only having attended school through the 8th grade. (I got my GED the year I was supposed to graduate highschool.) I started my education journey at Saint Petersburg College where I worked on Associate of Science credits with a concentration in Sustainability Management/ Environmental Science. I went on to obtain my Bachelors of Science in Human Services with the honor of Magna Cum Laude and Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield college of Tampa Bay.
