Leadership Coaching

for Emerging & Established Leaders

Master your mind. Live and lead with maximum impact.

Not fully understanding what drives behavior can wreak havoc in the workplace and is evident in plummeting engagement, productivity, and quality. This can dramatically impact your businesses’ bottom-line.

As leaders, however, you are wanting – and ready – to do deep work to improve all areas of your lives. As a result, you have the capacity to be positive change agents in your companies, families, communities, and the world.

Throughout this coaching journey, you will become aware of that which had formerly been out of reach from your conscious “logical” brain.

This is certainly no small task. It is ongoing and strategic as it challenges once firmly held beliefs. Despite that, the results are worth the effort. You will have the opportunity to transcend your own performance limit – in all areas of your life.

Breakthrough your personal performance ceilings by understanding that true competitive advantage begins with knowing yourself intimately; peak performance is the result.

Leadership Coaching vs Career Coaching

Many people believe that leadership coaching is the same as career coaching. This is false! Integrative Counsel offers specialized Leadership Coaching. Leadership coaching is not about finding that new career that works for you, but is about strengthening your leadership abilities. If you are a busy professional, business leader, or corporation wanting to go beyond your own performance limits, leadership coaching will help you become the executive you want to be. At Integrative Counsel, we approach leadership coaching through a term coined “integration” because as leaders you are wanting – and ready – to do deep work to improve all areas of your lives. And, as a result, you have the capacity to be positive change agents in your companies, families, communities, and the world.

Career coaching, on the other hand, helps you find clarity on your current career path and helps you work towards a career change. It is for those who are feeling stuck in their career and want to switch careers but aren’t sure where to start, or those who have just graduated from college and aren’t quite sure where to go on their professional journey. If you are looking for clarity about your current career, or are wondering what you should do next, career coaching would be a great fit for you.
