We suggest that you start with the right-brain activity. Though it may seem “different” and stretch you out of your typical comfort zone that is generally where true insight can occur.

Right Brain Activity | Find a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Take three deep diaphragmic breaths and imagine the sensation in your body of doing that which brings you joy and fulfillment. Where in your body do the feelings arise? In some way document this sensation whether it representing it on paper, in song or in a movement. Were you surprised by what arose? |
Left Brain Activity | Write a specific, and attainable, goal pertaining to your career for this week. For example, I will only respond to emails only 1x per day. Or, I will take 1.5 days during the next 7 days, where I don’t respond to emails or get on my work computer. |
