Hillary’s offering is called “Embody the Divine Feminine: Conception, Fertility, and Your Cycles” and it targets the mental and spiritual aspects of a woman’s journey as it relates to fertility, conception, and feminine cycles. The scientific literature states (retrospective study) that after three months of not conceiving, those that identify as women begin to have black & white thinking assuming they are the reason they are not falling pregnant and spring into overdoing (charting, researching, doctoring, changing lifestyle habits for the couple) to try and conceive, sometimes at a price to their self worth and their relationship. Afterwards, women feel spiritually and emotionally well and balanced. They will have a healthier relationship with themselves and others and be able to move beyond black and white thinking. Hillary is one of the founders of Art of Acupuncture & the author of Fertile Minds Radio. She teaches people how to consciously conceive & create the lives and family they desire by teaching them how to take responsibility for their emotions and their health.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”5856″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Sarah Gold, LMHC, MA
Sarah’s offering is called “Becoming a True Ally: How White Women Can Make the World a Better Place for Everyone.” Studies show that white women uphold white supremacy. This is a way for you to be part of the change without burning out. This offering will help white women confront the role women play in white supremacy. It also tackles the guilt and the freeze response as it interfaces with white supremacy. Afterwards, women feel confident and equipped to make a change. Sarah Gold is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience offering individual psychotherapy and group facilitation. Her MA in clinical psychology from Antioch University had a focus on social justice and understanding racial identity development. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”5858″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Tracy Brooks, Intuitive Writer, Poet, and Healer
Tracy believes that challenging societal messages about women’s aging and reclaiming the Crone are crucial. Tracy’s offering is called “Initiation by Fire – the Spiritual Power of Menopause.” This offering is for women who are menopausal or stepping into the Crone (or even Wild Woman) phase of womanhood. Tracy tackles ageism, the societal pressure around aging, and self-image. There is a persistent belief in our society that after a woman gets to a certain age, her life and her sexuality is over, and she should just accept it. After taking her course, women’s self image around aging will transform, and they will feel empowered and sexy. Tracy Brooks is a lover of words and the power they have to help inspire and heal. Over the years she has offered energy work, Shamanic Journeying and intuitive gifts to many. Her work has been guided by Spirit, Animal Medicine, and her conversations with the dead.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”5882″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Kristina Rich, Yoga Instructor, Self-Love Advocate
Kristina’s offering is a mini-course called “Loving Yourself Naked”. This offering is presented in workbook format and includes a video with a self-love yoga flow. This offering aims to empower women to take a moment of pause, appreciation, and connection in order to intercept and pivot negative self talk. Kristina’s goal is to lead women into discovering new joys in life, like viewing their bodies with more acceptance and being unapologetically themselves! Understanding what self love truly entails fuels her passion for life and she still works to refine and improve her own process because the journey of self love never really ends! Kristina is a Yoga instructor and self love enthusiast, and has been learning the art of love and joy for over a decade.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”5861″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Dayna Wood, EdS, LMHC, REAT + Jennifer Carey, LMHC, EdS
Integrative Counsel’s founder Dayna and therapist Jen Carey ‘s offering is called “Facing Our Fear of Death.” As women, prior to the state of expansion we are all working towards, there is often a period of sadness and loss. This offering focuses on death and grief of the different parts of us ourselves that must die for us as women to be able to step into our whole Self, where our power resides. From this place of tenderness that grief often opens is the fertile ground where we can begin to identify our true essence – our authentic expression. As we become clearer about our true essence from within, we have the capacity to draw the external towards us – like a magnet. It is an attracting and an allowing, a receiving. It is the feminine part of the equation. After taking this course, women will feel equipped to step into their personal power, and will have the tools to tackle their limiting beliefs. Dayna’s background is in psychotherapy, the creative arts, and leadership coaching and Jen is a psychotherapist, writer, retreat facilitator, and public speaker.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”5885″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Cassie Brooks, Educator + IC Director & Alli Cravener, Graduate Student + IC Editor-in-Chief
Cassie and Alli’s offering is called Using the Magic of Sisterhood and Play. Women are magical beings, and when we come together in sisterhood using the power of magic and play, ANYTHING can happen. In this offering, Cassie and Alli will teach you how to play using magic and ritual while connecting deeply with your coven of sisters. Afterwards, women will feel connected to their playful inner child, their coven of sisters, and the magic within them.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”5871″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Lauren Mishkin, LMHC
Lauren’s offering is called “Hidden Superpowers in Our Pelvic Floor”. Throughout history, countless women have experienced sexual trauma. This trauma is held in the pelvis, and when we don’t consciously release the tension, it creates physical and emotional pain. In her offering, Lauren teaches you how to release the tension and trauma stored in your pelvis with quick and easy techniques that anyone who identifies as a woman can do. Lauren will help you develop a compassionate and trauma-informed relationship with your body, allowing you to connect with yourself on a deeper level. Lauren is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in trauma treatment and recovery and is passionate about yoga-informed, somatic, and mindfulness practices.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”Only $75! We wanted this to be something that you can come back to and use again and again throughout the different phases of womanhood. There is something for every woman in this bundle, and we hope that you can take what you need and share what you don’t with a loved one who you think could benefit. Womanhood is powerful, and when we as women come together in our healing journeys, we become an unstoppable force!
This bundle tackles the impact that societal pressures have had on women. Society puts so much weight on the way women should look, act, and speak. There are so many rules for how a woman should be, that women end up pouring all of their energy into the wrong things, losing their authenticity in the process.
What would happen if women were given the tools to shed the stories and beliefs that society has put on them and to heal from the generations of trauma that have built up inside of all of us?
We want to provide a safe space for women to become empowered and to arm women with the most powerful tool: knowledge.
The first phase is the maiden, the second phase is the mother, and the third phase is the crone. If a woman were a plant, the maiden phase would be when she began to bloom. In this phase, women are typically forming their own bonds of sisterhood. This phase often comes with the societal pressure to look a certain way. In this season of womanhood, it’s important that the woman is able to learn to nourish herself with self-love in order to be able to enter the next phase.
After the maiden comes the mother. This is when the woman is most fertile, and the plant starts to bare fruit. Often, this phase comes with the societal pressure to conceive a child. In this phase, it’s important to have balance and to shed the belief that you aren’t good enough.
The final phase is called the Crone, or the Wild Woman. If she were a plant, she would be a tree in fall with bright orange leaves. Often, this phase comes with ageism and the societal pressure that life and sexuality is “over” after menopause and that women should just accept it. In this phase, it is important for women to feel empowered and embrace their sexiness.[/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=”Purchase the EMPOWER Bundle” color=”warning” size=”lg” align=”center” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fintegrativecounsel.org%2Fproduct%2Fthe-empower-course-bundle%2F”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
About the Experts
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”5/6″][vc_column_text]Hillary Talbott, DOM, FABORM.
I am a wife, a mother to 4 bonus sons & 3 furballs, and at times a tractor beam of light when people need to be shown the way through the darkness. I am a nurturer, a needle thrower, a plant lover, and some have called me the ovary whisperer and even their sanity doula. I am one of the founders of Art of Acupuncture & the author of Fertile Minds Radio. It’s my privilege to balance all of the above while seeking to know my higher self each and every day. I teach people how to consciously conceive & create the lives and family they desire by teaching them how to take responsibility for their emotions and their health. I fully understand that when I can effect the health of a potential mother a year before she falls pregnant in a positive manner, it can have a positive effect on the health of the next TWO generations, thanks to the beauty and intelligence of epigenetics. This includes not only her physical health, but her mental emotional health as well. This allows me to have the greatest reach possible in turning around the health of the human race and the planet, because the rise of infertility is directly related to the health of our environment. I can’t think of a bigger why to get me out of bed every morning!

Kristina Rich is a Florida native who’s aura envelopes all who enter it with warm sunshine. Yoga instructor and self love enthusiast, Kristina has been learning the art of love and joy for over a decade. She started her yoga journey in her late teens. As a youth struggling to view the bigger picture, the universe delivered an essential message. She was lacking some much needed self love. That message was delivered through a gentle guide, her grandmother. The same grandmother who anointed Journey to be Kristina’s middle name. Yoga provided the perfect environment for growing Kristina’s curiosity. Through building community, confidence and self worth combined with pranayama and asana practices, she was able to harness a deeper relationship of love and gratitude for herself. She now passes on the same essential compassionate message to her students. Value yourself. Enjoy your body. Love the journey.
