We suggest that you start with the right-brain activity. Though it may seem “different” and stretch you out of your typical comfort zone that is generally where true insight can occur.

|Right Brain Activity
|Take a 10 – 20 minute walk and while on your walk collect items that you find that “call to you” (e.g. a leaf, stone or feather). At the end of your walk, take time to place these items and journal about how they might represent your thoughts and feelings about your current living environment.
|Left Brain Activity
|Write a specific, and attainable, goal pertaining to your environment this week. For example, I will take off my shoes and feel the earth on my feet 1x this week. Or, I will plant a flower or water my plants this week.
