We suggest that you start with the right-brain activity. Though it may seem “different” and stretch you out of your typical comfort zone that is generally where true insight can occur.

Right Brain Activity | What would financial security feel like? Take 5 minutes to get quiet, breath and imagine what it would be like. What would your toe, ankle, calf, all the way up your body experience if you were financially secure? Represent this feeling using pastels, oil pastels, acrylics or collage. |
Left Brain Activity | Write a specific, and attainable, goal pertaining to your finances this week. For example, I will actually determine how much money I spent eating out last month. Or, I will start contributing to my 401k and will speak with Humana Resources this week to determine how. |
