Awareness and mindfulness
are some of our favorite tools for coping with the world around us. Mindfulness is when you bring awareness to your current state of being, or to what you are currently experiencing. This happens either through your senses, or your thoughts and emotions.
When you utilize mindfulness skills, you increase your awareness of yourself and the world, which is half the solution to whatever you are struggling with. Using these tools can help you shed light on and then integrate whatever is holding you back.
